COMPLAINT AND NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO: Kenny Jerry Taylor and wife Cynthia E. Taylor, Frank W. Foote Trustee for United Companies Lending Corp., EMC Mortgage Group, Citifinancial Services, Inc. Carmel Financial Corp. CT Lien Solutions and any and all unknown heirs owners and parties in interest in the abandoned structure located at _107 Byrd Drive__, Rockingham, North Carolina:Parcel #__74620138-1827. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the abandoned structures located at the place designated above is in a condition that appears to be hazardous to the public health, safety and welfare and to violate the City of Rockingham’s Abandoned Structure Ordinance in the following ways: Abandoned Structure:The attraction of insects and rodents;Condition creating a fire hazard;Dangerous conditions constituting a threat to children;Frequent use by vagrants in the absence of sanitary conditions YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a hearing will be held before the Building Inspector of the City of Rockingham at this office in the City Hall at 8:30 a.m. on the 13th_day of August 2014 for the purpose of finding the facts as to whether or not the condition of such structure falls within the scope of the above-mentioned sections of the Abandoned Structure Ordinance. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if, upon such hearing, the Building Inspector shall find that the conditions in the above-described structure do in fact violate the Abandoned Structure Ordinance, and do in fact render such structure hazardous to the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the City of Rockingham, the Building Inspector will issue an order in writing directed to the owner of such structure requiring the owner to remedy these conditions by repairing the same or else by demolishing or removing the same, or by taking such other steps as may be necessary to remedy these conditions. The Building Inspector may make such other orders and take such other procedures as are authorized under the Abandoned Structure Ordinance and the General Statutes of North Carolina.
